Room renovations are a must!!! Uncomfortable bathroom sizes need addressing!!! High parking fees are ridiculous!!! Soundproofing is lacking!!! General maintenance issues are concerning!!!

The view from my room was amazing, but the bathroom was tiny and outdated.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and we loved the quick access to the beach. It was great to have our kids play nearby while we enjoyed some downtime. The location allowed us to easily explore Portofino, making our family trip memorable.

Had an amazing time enjoying the beautiful balcony view with well-maintained white petunias hanging over the railings. And trust me, the staff were very nice, very accommodating, making the experience feel special and personal.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable for the experience we got.

I also encountered an issue with an erroneous charge at checkout, which took longer than expected to resolve. Overall, it had its bright spots, but for the price, I'd suggest looking for a bit more consistency in quality.
